Stage Planning

Frontier Estate is being developed in 12 stages, with sections of various sizes and elevation.

Town Houses

Premium high density housing will be right on the doorstep of Waiora Reserve and within walking distance to our cafe, commercial hub, playground, and daycare centre.

Waiora Reserve

Waiora Reserve has a spring-fed stream, pond and interlinking gully system. When combined with Mahana Reserve, residents will have a 2km walking and cycling trail to enjoy.

Commercial Hub

A commercial hub with up to 12 commercial spaces will be available in the estate. The medical centre and pharmacy are opeing in August 2025 , with cafe and other retail shops to follow.

Daycare Centre

A local daycare minutes from home is an essential part of life for families. So provisions has been made for a large daycare facility that will be able to accommodate up to 100 children.

Kids Playground

Carefully designed to harmonised with the natural environment, this playground offers a safe and engaging space for your little ones to explore and enjoy. Every detail promises endless fun and unforgettable moments for families.

Mahana Reserve

Mahana Reserve is one of our biggest Parklands offering a playground, push track, walkways, cycle track and access to the local dog park.

Construction Milestones

Approval to develop Frontier Estate was secured, and bulk earthworks and civil construction kicked off in September, laying the foundation for the new neighbourhood.

In November, Frontier Estate launched its first residential sections to market, sparking strong interest and early buyer commitment.

By October, titles were issued for the initial stages, allowing purchasers to begin building their homes and shaping the emerging community.

Development of Stages 3 and 4 began in January to meet growing demand. By December, Stage 3 titles were issued, opening the door for more residents to start their build.

In August, titles were issued for Stage 4, releasing additional premium sections and further expanding the neighbourhood.

February marked the opening of the community playground, a vibrant space for families and neighbours to come together. In November, construction began on the medical centre, the first step in delivering essential services within the Estate.
