Milestones and Achievements for 2024
This year, we’re proud to celebrate some major milestones and achievements:
Frontier Estate Playground Grand Opening – Earlier this year, we unveiled a fantastic new space for families to gather, connect, and enjoy outdoor play. We’re delighted with the positive feedback and thrilled that this exciting addition has been well-received. The extra effort has truly been worth it – we’re so glad you’re enjoying the space!
We are pleased to announce that Frontier Estate has secured a Medical Centre tenant for our Commercial Hub – bringing essential healthcare services closer to home. More information will be available in the New Year.
Construction has begun the for Medical Precinct (Block B), in the Commercial hub. Expected completion time is October 2025.
Biodiversity continues to thrive in Mahana Reserve, fostering a sanctuary for local flora and fauna.
Development is underway at Waiora Reserve.

Community Support
Frontier Estate’s commitment to supporting the community continues to grow.
This year, we were proud to donate a new yacht to the Kirikiriroa & St Peter’s Scout Group, helping young sailors learn new skills and enjoy adventures on the water.
The Scouts joined us at our playground grand opening, hosting a sausage sizzle that helped bring the community together in celebration.
We appreciate their involvement and look forward to seeing them at future events.

Holiday Hours
To give our team the opportunity to rest and spend time with their loved ones during the holiday
season, our office will be closing on the 20th of December 2024 at 12 pm and will reopen on the
20th of January 2025 at 9 am.
