Surrounded By Convenience, the Frontier Estate Commercial Hub offers residents a variety of services and amenities located within the estate.

Taking shape behind the scenes, the Frontier Estate team are working on a few key features for this master-planned community.

In particular, the preliminary planning and design stages for the Commercial Hub is well underway!

The new Commercial Hub is planned to be health and wellness focused, completed with everyday necessities from medical to café.

The Commercial Hub will be divided into three areas which means you and your family will have everything close at hand – shops, café, medical services, and professional offices.

The current Stage 4 land release is a short walk away from the upcoming Day-care Centre, Commercial hub, and Playground!

Block A – Café and Retail

Block A will include dedicated Café space and up to six flexible retail tenancies starting from 45m².

The café will have a large outdoor seating area that overlooks Waiora Reserve and is ideally located close to the kid’s playground and cycle track. Making it suitable for future family outings or a perfect spot to catch up with friends.

Frontier Estate will have its own Medical Centre with up to 6 GP consultation rooms and Pharmacy.


Block C – Self Contained Display Units.

Available for smaller businesses, four (4) Self Contained unit will be located within the commercial hub.

Each unit features a large glass door perfect for displays and is approximately 20m², 2.5 x 4.0m.

Block C units are ideal for Art Galleries, Boutique Retail, or pop-up shops or seasonal services. Each unit has access to a shared toilet facility. Registration for these units will only be available after construction.
