Full Legal Terms & Conditions
- Frontier Developments Limited will pay Rutledge Landscaping Limited up to a maximum of $10,000 including GST on behalf of the section landowner.
- Refund is limited to only work relating to the design, construction and planting of the landscaping and hardscaping within a Frontier Estate Stage 4 residential section.
- Refund is limited only to work completed by Rutledge Landscaping Limited within 2 years of section settlement.
- This offer is available to the first 5 section sales occurring with the agreement going unconditional between 01/01/2025 and 31/03/2025 and section settlement completed prior to 30/04/2025.
- After settlement it is the section owner’s responsibility to engage and instruct Rutledge Landscaping Limited to undertake landscaping works within the section.
- The refund offer does not apply to any other company and/or person who may be engaged to complete landscaping or hardscaping work on the section.
- This landscaping offer is non-transferrable.
